· Revenue growth from continuing operations of 7%

· EBITDA up by 32% to €156 million (2009: €118 million)

· Continued strong cash flow of €131 million (2009: €89 million)

· Leverage down to 1.9 times EBITDA (total debt down from € 505m to € 317m)
