Eyrir’s AGM held on 26 May 2020 the shareholders unanimously approved a new Board of Directors. All five board members were reelected. The board consists of the following five members:

- Ása Ólafsdóttir
- Ingólfur Guðmundsson
- Jón Helgi Guðmundsson
- Ólafur S Guðmundsson
