Eyrir Invest buys back 9% of treasury shares from Landsbankinn hf.

Eyrir Invest hf. bought back treasury shares in an open sales process ran by Landsbankinn hf. The bank offered a 12.1% stake (119.1 million shares) in Eyrir for sale. Landsbankinn accepted bids for a total of 91.509.035 shares at ISK 42.845 per share. Eyrir Invest’s bid for 88.943.377 shares was accepted for a total amount of c. ISK 3.8 billion.
